LA LAVORAZIONE A "PUNTO BASSO"

ESEMPIO DI LAVORAZIONE A PUNTO BASSO

Il punto basso è un punto leggermente più elaborato da realizzare rispetto agli altri. Prima di tutto si deve puntare l’uncinetto nel penultimo punto della catenella di base oppure nel punto sottostante. Poi si deve gettare il filo sull’uncinetto, agganciarlo ed estrarlo (con lo stesso movimento usato per formare la catenella) formando un punto. Nei due punti che si sono venuti a creare bisogna far passare l’uncinetto e il filo,e quindi chiuderli.

Una riga di punti bassi può essere “chiusa” con un punto a catenella e ricominciata una riga dopo, e così via, dando il via alla creazione di una trama molto carina e comune di questo tipo

Il punto basso ha una serie di varianti. C'è il punto basso in costa, che è come quello base ma prende solo un filo dal punto sottostante invece che due. Alternando una riga di punto basso con una di punto basso in costa si ottiene questa maglia molto gradevole

Per realizzare il punto basso doppio si deve seguire invece questa procedura: bisogna per prima cosa inserire l’uncinetto nel punto basso appena eseguito, agganciare il filo ed estrarre un punto, quindi puntare l’uncinetto nel punto basso sottostante, prendere il filo ed estrarre un punto,  in  modo che sull’uncinetto ci siano tre punti. A questo punto bisogna gettare il filo sull’uncinetto e passarlo attraverso i tre punti chiudendoli, in modo da ottenere un punto basso doppio. Alla prima riga, dopo avere eseguito la catenella di base, lavorare il primo punto alto doppio per tutta la riga. Alla fine della riga lavorare un punto basso supplementare, puntando l’uncinetto nel penultimo punto d’introduzione e voltare il lavoro con due punti catenella. All’inizio delle righe puntare l’uncinetto nel punto basso sottostante, agganciare il filo ed estrarre il primo punto poi puntare l’uncinetto nel punto basso doppio seguente, agganciare il filo ed estrarre il secondo punto, quindi chiudere i tre punti sull’uncinetto. Al termine di ogni riga eseguire un punto basso supplementare.
